OZmap allows users to generate a report for a selected area containing the general information and the specific from the tabs: Poles, Boxes, Cables, Clients, COs, Buildings/Condominiums, Equipments and Pendencies. The video tagged below explains with better detail two ways of generating an area for reporting.


An area report can be also generated in a full project by clicking on the button of "Summary", represented by an "i" in the section of projects.



After that, a new tab will open and you will have to access the tab of "Full report" and click "yes" to generate the report of your whole project.


 


The first screen after generating the report work as an overview of that area and allows four possibilities of actions that follow the other tabs from the report.



  1. Export The selected area can be exported as a spreadsheet or as a KML file, compatible with Google Earth. For the KML format, it is possible to export only the full project, but the other elements can be exported individually in XLS spreadsheets, compatible with Excel, or CSV.    

                                                      

     2. Switch projects - It is also possible to change the elements inside the selected area for your report, if the projects     have a main project/sub-project relation


    3. Tools - The Tools option has the actions related to the map that can be done in a massive way, according to each type of element corresponding to each tab inside the report.

  • Cables: Technical Reserve, Licensing Poles, Assign distance with relief, Connect in boxes, Connect in poles, Convert points to poles, Convert poles to points, Regenerate names and Remove points;
  • Box: Assign nearest pole, Assign address, Share with parent projects, Stop sharing with parent projects.
  • CO: Assign nearest pole, Assign address. 
  • Clients and properties: Assign nearest pole, Assign address. 


    4. Save region - You can save the report area as a region: you need to click on the general tab of the report and click in "save region".

    

    5. Reload Allows you to reload data report before export, so you can be certified that they’re updated


Change Function


Also according to the type of element, the function "Change" allows to change certain individual attributes of elements in a massive way. You can do it by selecting the elements and then the feature that needs to be changed.


The characteristics of each element that can be changed massively are:

  • Cables: type, level, color, deployment status, add and remove tags;

  • Boxes: type, level, color of the edge, color of the filling, deployment status, add and remove tags;

  • CO: deployment status, add and remove tags;

  • Clients: deployment status, add and remove tags from the client, add and remove tags from the realty;

  • Prospect: add and remove tags;

  • Condominuim: add and remove tags;

  • Vertical Building: add and remove tags;

  • Pole: type, color, deployment status, add and remove tags;

  • Equipments

    • All: deployment status;

    • Splitters: deployment statusallows client connection, type;

    • Switches:  deployment statusallows client connection;

    • ODF:  deployment status;

    • Fusions: deployment status, allows client connection;

    • Connector: deployment status, allows client connection;

  • Regions: type, color, add and remove tags;

  • Pendencies: color, solved, add and remove tags;
