With the pendency feature in OZmob, you can edit existing pendencies, create new ones, resolve them, locate them, and add posts with media to them. Pendencies can be created even if you don’t have Internet access at the time of creation (offline), as they will be stored and sent once the mobile device is connected to the Internet again.
Pendencies are versatile elements in the system. You can use them to create elements in OZmob, as well as to assign tasks to field technicians and to the back-office team working with OZmap.
To view the list of existing pendencies in the project, click on the “More” icon and select “Project Pendencies":
When accessing the pendencies tab, you can filter pendencies by assignee, type, and tags by clicking the highlighted button in the screenshot. In addition, you can search by the pendency name and sort them by newest or oldest. There is also the option to view only the pendencies you created or those in which you are assigned as responsible, making it easier to organize and track the work.
If you don’t have Internet access at the time of creating a pendency, that’s not a problem. Once you connect to the Internet and open the app, the pendencies will be sent automatically.
In the editing window, you can add or modify information such as type, assignees, name, tags, and the pendency description. You can also link or unlink elements.
By selecting the “Edit Position on Map” option, the map will reopen, allowing you to adjust the exact location of the pendency.
After making all the edits, simply click “Save” to finish.
